[2023] New Season 8 Bugs

When my friends try to accept my invite to play, it says they need to "leave their current party" despite being alone and not in a party. This is am existing issue since Year 7, so I don't know where this came from. My friends then need to quit the game and relaunch multiple times until it eventually works. This game is approaching a decade old. How are there new networking issues appearing? I dread to learn what the status of other Ubisoft online game are.

Also, my friends are appearing offline on UPLAY despite clearly being online and connected to the internet - we are talking on Discord (because in-game chat is terrible).

In addition, my friends can't accept my join game invites anyway. They get the invite notification, and when they accept, they don't leave their personal lobby... It's like new networking issue after new networking issue.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some connectivity issues within your games when you're trying to play with your friends.

Could you please let us know which platform you and your friends are playing on?
Additionally, I would recommend please ensure that if you're all playing on PC, that your Ubisoft Connect launcher and the game itself are both installed on the same C drive.

To try and help with any connectivity issues, please take a look at this and this article and also make sure that you have IPv4 enabled as this has caused some issues for other players in the past.

If the problems do continue for you or your friends after you've tried these steps, please let us know, and if you find the time, possibly provide a screenshot of the errors you are receiving, so we can pass this information on.
