[2019] How to get the Nomada Anniversary skin??

All you have to do is sign in to the game and you should have it!

I assume they were referring to the GRIS skin, which you only have to log in before the 15th to get it.
If they meant Alibi's birthday skin, you have to destroy 20 attacker drones.
