Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about your experience.

This sounds like it is related to a known issue with Nvidia driver ver. 522.25 which we have confirmed to be resolved by rolling back the driver version. We typically suggest reverting to 516.59 or earlier.

Have you tried rolling back your drivers, by any chance?

Regarding the cloud saves issue, can you please disable and re-enable your synchronization with this link[www.ubisoft.com]?
