[2020] how tf does blits blind someone with there back turned?

I'm assuming you ran into this issue with Blitz?

yes i was running away from blits as a 3 speed and somehow i got flashed and i was a good distance

Do you have an idea on the approximate distance away you were? Or can you mention the spots on the map?
