Here's a better question: Why not allow certain guns to have the same attachment options as others just because the "meta" says certain attachments are used more than others? Like, I forget which gun Iām thinking of here, but I know Yoo-Bee-Sawft removed the flash suppressor from it and literally told us they did so because, again, "the meta obsessed players only use the compensator so none of you are allowed to use it now."
What kind of nonsense is that? Like, who does it hurt to leave the flash suppressor on that gun? I can't imagine removing that one attachment for that one gun saved any/enough of that precious "data" we're always told is so limited to make any meaningful difference.
