[2020] Missing division ump skin from the ubisoft club rewards (PC)

I purchased the first division game on xbox and claimed it for free on pc, but i cant claim the division skin on pc. I tried signing out and signing back in, loading into the division, and reinstalling the game but nothing works. The weird part is that my xbox r6 account has the ump skin but my pc account doesn't show that i can claim it. Please let me know if anything can be done.
