I can appreciate what happened in the situation however any temporary suspensions are being issued by the server side and cannot be overturned.

I would not be able to advise you in regards to suspension reset, however if you are found to be doing an offense on multiple occasions, the suspensions you'll receive will be for a prolonged period of time, therefore try to make sure you do not repeat it.
