[2019] Unfairly Banned

I'd like Ubisoft to see this but I'm sure this will just turn into a rant that will be seen by no one. I want to start off by saying I'm the biggest advocate for banning cheaters you'll ever meet. I've reported every person that I've ever ran in to that cheats, including the IQ and Clash glitch. I logged in today and I got a ban for 15 days for being boosted by a cheater. I don't even know who the cheater could have been since I play on the official R6 discord. R6 is a team game so I can't stand playing solo.

I contacted Ubisoft support and they were less than helpful. They couldn't give me any information, they just kept telling me that I could play after the 15 days. I've purchased every single season pass, purchased many different skins, even purchased the game on a different account. I've spent hundreds on this game. I have another account so I can still play. But this has me questioning, do I even want to? How can I support a company that bans my account with no proof when I've been playing for years and have spent hundreds of dollars.

I've always said Ubisoft does nothing to combat cheaters. That's why I was happy when they started banning people for the clash glitch and I loved seeing these ban waves come through. But this really has me thinking, how many other people have they banned that doesn't deserve it. With no proof and no way to reverse the ban. I'm disgusted by the way Ubisoft has handled my support and I've never felt so small before in my life. I apologize for the rant, there's just nothing I can do and I'm hoping at least one person can relate.
