[2020] UPlay Account and Rainbow Six Siege trouble. Please help

Thank you for reaching out to us, welcome to forums and I am sorry to hear about the issues you ran into with Rainbow Six: Siege.

In regards to your crash - this may be caused due to your completed challenge not syncing with the servers due to game crashing and therefore your level as well as coins you earned for completing it have reverted, so in order to resolve it, you would have to complete it again. Furthermore, would you be able to advise what error message you received when this occurred? A good way to prevent any technical issues in happening in the future, would be to try and complete steps mentioned in the following article.

In terms of the issue with bonus section after match ends - I believe you are referring to message 'Please wait, synchronizing data', with infinite loading, which therefore prevents you from possibly receicing MMR after. If this is the case indeed, I can confirm that the issue has already been brought up to our game team, and therefore to assist us in further investigation, could you advise the following:

- Does this happen all the time? Or just after a maintenance for example?
- Could you please confirm when you encountered the issue? A exact time would be very helpful.
- Are you able to provide any images or link to a video showing the issue you're encountering?

Lastly, in regards to not having the ability to see the packs, I believe you are talking about the 'Digital Content and Currency Pack' section in-game, but do correct me if I'm wrong.
