[2019] Headshots not registering

Lately im running into situations were headshots don't register but their head will be tilted back.

I don't have my most recent recorded where I shot Bandit in the head and his body was at a 25 degree angle

But here is one on Rook

I'm not sure I saw a headshot here, I went through on the 50% speed and tried to pinpoint one, but to me it looks like you hit him in the chest. I believe the reason he looks tilted in the kill feed is because he was leaning in the doorway.

And that's not to say your original point is mute, I'm just not sure this case applies
