[2020] New Texture Glitch Hack/Bug Issue

This only happened in one game last month and I thought nothing of it until it happened today again. I tried Googling this issue but to no avail, so I thought it was just a bug or issue on my end, but now it happened AGAIN today, so I'm sure this has to be a glitching/hacking issue.
