[2019] Operators not loading up quick?

Are you willing to go into a bit of detail about this? Are you referring to the wait time after the Operator selection phase?

Yes. So when you end the round of the game. The operators come up. Why does it take a sec for them to show up?

Hmm, I don't believe I've ever seen this happen. Next time you fire the game up, can you take a video for me so I can take a look?

My game has been glitchy since last month. Main menu interface is lagging ,operator icons don't load so fast as before, after operator picking I wait for 2 mins to get into match almost every round. I defragmented my drive and it didn't fix anything. My drivers are up to date also.

Have you tried verifying your game files as well? I'd suggest hitting up Ubisoft Support to have it looked into.
