I've read all of your post and I can clearly understand what issue are you trying to bring up.

First and foremost, I do not know whether you're aware of this already however if you do happen to be playing in a game with a cheater and that person at some stage gets suspended, your MMR will be reimbursed accordingly. For more information about this, have a look at the following article.

I do really appreciate you for sharing your insight on the whole situation, especially if you have been playing the game since it's early stages, and your feedback is very important to us.

We have anti-cheat system called 'BattlEye', that will be taking care of any cheaters who may be using additional software to gain unfair advantage. If you do believe that maybe it is ineffective in any way, we are happy to forward your feedback over accordingly.

Please note that we will continue to work towards achieving a better gameplay for all of our players and your opinion is what allows us to maintain the right direction, therefore thank you for sharing this.
