When the season begins to wind down, the players who strictly played Ranked will migrate over to Quick Match to play. Unfortunately, sometimes this results in toxic interactions with some of these players. The reason why they're in your games is due to their Quick Match (Casual) MMR being within 1,000 of yours. If they're playing Ranked all the time, their Casual MMR isn't going to change.

I know you guys really hate toxic behaviours and how do you exactly process the toxic reports that are send by the players? Because if bots do the checking then it wouldn't be as effective. I'm just asking btw.

I don't know the process fully since I'm not part of that team, but I do know it's not by bots. There's a dedicated team for those things.
