if you start a rank match and you're the only person against 5 other people that is just unfair there is no way you should lose points from that why at this point in the game is this still happening and why dont you have a rank forgiveness yet for when this happens no point in there being a rank system the game is just totally unfair

Our team is continuing to investigate uneven Ranked matches, so thank you for sharing your experience with us as well. The team is aware that being placed into these kinds of games is extremely frustrating for our players, especially in a Ranked setting when MMR and rank are taken so seriously. I hope this match hasn't prevented you from playing again in the future!
