Hey HMS Renown! Sorry to hear that your game is crashing after your matches. Here are some troubleshooting steps to try down below:
1. Verify Game files.
2. Update your graphic drivers
3. Temporarily disable other programs that are running in the background except programs associated with the game
4. Running Steam, the game and Uplay client with administrator rights.[support.ubi.com]
5. Uninstalling and reinstalling Uplay Client
If the problem still persists, please create a ticket here[support.ubi.com] and attach Dxdiag and MSinfo[support.ubi.com] for us to investigate further.
