In regards to smurf accounts, our dev team understands how frustrating it can be to come across a player in-game pretending to be less experienced than they actually are, and our team has begun investigating these types of interactions.

As of now, we don't have any further updates to share, but it's definitely something we're keeping an eye on. Were you able to capture any footage of the cheaters you encountered? If so, please bring those assets to Ubisoft Support [support.ubi.com] for investigation.
