I am at a loss right now...

I went through the trouble of compiling all my tasks and even making new accounts to see what caused me to get banned. I went back to Ubisoft Support and they basically said that I only got 1 appeal and the decision to uphold the ban was final.

And of course they can't tell me what caused it so I might get banned in other games that use the battleye service.

I have been terrified of playing Arma, PUBG, or any service that uses Battleye.

 

I got desperate enough to go to a hacker forum and ask what could have got me banned. I listed everything and the processes I was using at the time. Almost all of them are saying it was the SSD that must have tripped the ban because I got banned relatively fast.

 

I bought a cheap $100 1TB NVME SSD at Microcenter, and if you know Microcenter(especially their in-house usb flash drives), they like to sell refurbished and used hardware on the cheap. The previous owner must have cheated on it and Battleye must have blacklisted it's HWID...

 

I got all this info, including video, and went back to Ubisoft Support practically begging them to rereview the case and see if what they see is what caused the ban, but refused to do so and threatened me that they may not even respond to my ticket anymore if I continue to ask about the ban.

I PMed: u/UbiNoty and u/Its_Epi asking to look at the original post or even at least give me a reply... No Response.

 

What am I even supposed to do at this point? I emailed Battleye 2 weeks ago and I have not received a response.

I also want to note... I already tried to make a new account and got banned immediately. I asked on the hacker forums and they said that if Battleye Bans you for hacking, they blacklist your serial code for your Harddrives, SSDs, and maybe other devices like motherboards... That means I can't ever play siege on this computer again unless I plan on getting all new devices. All because of a false positive.
