Hi I've got the deluxe edition from gamepass on Xbox one and it says I should have the year one and two operators. The base operators cost 1k renown each and the dlc ones cost 10/15/20/25k each.
Should the year one and two operators already be unlocked and available to play with the deluxe edition?

Edit- I've raised a ticket on ubisoft support and direct messaged on twitter and haven't had a response.
Can anyone confirm my theory that a patch in 2017/18 messed up the dlc files and it hasn't been fixed?
