[2020] Bug with Alpha Packs

There have been multiple times now where after receiving an alpha pack after a match and returning to lobby that I do not see an available alpha pack to open (alpha pack chance is reset so I know for sure that I had gotten one). I don't know what I'd gotten from it which is annoying, however I know from the past that I had 100% gotten something from it without opening the pack myself (Randomly see some sort of headgear/weapon skin I'd not had before).
