seeing as you likely prefer having your complaint procedure as opaque and confusing as possible, ill put this one here. Your matchmaking is straight garbage. I'm aware this is just a game, and that ubisoft "does its best" (heavy sarcasm), but today was ******g horrendous. I tried to give this game a chance and proceeded to experience some of the most toxic/BS/trash gaming I've ever been a part of. I tried for 5 hours to push through and hope the experience would improve, but it didn't. I was so bad that I've uninstalled R6 and don't plan on ever playing it again. Which really sucks. This game kept me connected to friends I've had since high school, and todays experience poisoned that so badly that I dont ever want to play it again.

I am so sorry to hear of the experience that you have had with Rainbow Six: Siege to the point of making you no longer want to play. This is never a feeling we want our players to have and we really want you to be able to enjoy the game.

If you are willing to would it be ok to troubleshoot the connection issues that you have been having?
