For troubleshooting, I would advise to launch Ubisoft Connect, Steam and Siege using admin rights [ubi.li] to ensure permissions are granted. I would also advise to ensure that Rainbow Six Siege is whitelisted in your antivirus.

Should you then continue to have trouble, would it be possible to share your system specs and details of which drive you have the game and launchers installed on?
