Issue with synchronizing achievements on the Ubisoft Connect launcher when closing the game, an error message appears that reads 'Failed to Synchronize Achievements'

Hello @Miko251 I am sorry to hear that your Ubisoft Connect achievements have not been synched correctly when the game shut down.

Thank you for letting me know the steps you have tried so far. I had to edit your message slightly, as the original was lost by mistake whilst I was replying.

In order to resolve this, could you please try all of the following steps that have been known to help synchronization issues with our launcher here? >>
 

  • Log out of the Ubisoft Connect launcher, then log back in. Next, select Go offline in the Ubisoft Connect launcher settings, reset your router, wait a few minutes, then set your settings to Go Online again

 

  • Check your Windows Defender Firewall settings by opening your Windows Settings > Search for 'Windows Defender Firewall' > Select 'Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall' > 'Allow another app' > Add the game, the launcher, and any of its supported software it may use such as BattlEye or FairFight, to your apps that are allowed to connect online

 


After following these steps, please launch the game, play for a few minutes, close the game via the option in the main menu, and check if the error message still appears? If you have no such luck, please let us know and we can open a support case for you for further assistance.

Hello @miko251 thanks for getting back to us, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the Connect launcher and Ubisoft in general.

I hope the steps I provided can help fix this issue with your achievements when you close the game. If no such resolution can be found, please let us know, we may need to open a private support case for you for further investigation.

Thanks for letting me know @miko251 I am happy to hear that the issue of the Ubisoft achievements needing a moment to synchronize with our servers and seems to be resolved after a 10-minute wait and restart, good to hear.
