[2019] Why is everyone in gold afraid of dying?

And even if they aren't sitting outside the map, when they try to push in they bait you, but then they don't even try to trade after you die when you push in, they just sit holding the angle until the last 10 seconds of the round again.

I've personally never seen this happen. Do you have video that I could watch? As someone who's in Gold, I'm very curious about this.
