Hello , I've got a msg yesterday that I was permanently banned for ''multiple'' cheating offensives ...
The thing is I don't cheat in this game ... I would like to know where the ban came from ? I've tried contacting support but no answer ..
This season I played only 3 matches and that's from 5 days ago , and these are the only 3 casual games that I played this season ,
I can't actually think of the reason that I got banned for .
What caused this ban ? How can I unban ? its obviously not a cheating . Please if you can help just tell me what to do to have my account unbanned ! this is just unfair and fraustrating
