[2019] Pretty neat that the new weapons start pre-equipped attachments. Hopefully these are good recommendations.

The pre-made loadouts are suggestions intended to help make it easier for players who may be new to the game/that operator. They weren't randomly picked, and are more like suggestions for general/beginner use. You're still free to change and customize it to your own playstyle and needs.
