I am afraid that we are unable to help with account issues over Steam. I would advise to initially try adding an alternative contact number. If that does not help then I would advise to reach out to the Ubisoft Support site [support.ubisoft.com] where an agent will be happy to take a look.

I must also advise we can also only provide support in Steam in English, if you would prefer support in your preferred language then I would also advise to reach out using the Ubisoft Support site [support.ubisoft.com]
