[2019] Instead of free challenge packs, how about you let us earn them?

I assume they meant instead of only getting one free pack from a challenge, they should be able to play the event and earn more than one pack. Like a normal Alpha Pack system, as opposed to only being able to purchase the packs with in-game currency after getting your free packs.
