[2020] awful ping spikes and lag

i had a full round where i would ping spike from 30 to 300-700 every few seconds, ive tried all the simple fixes to no solution

it only happens in rocket league and siege, never in csgo or any multiplayer

Which region/data center are you playing in? Also, around what time of the day do you start experiencing this problem?
