At the beginning I didn't think much of this, but it's ridiculous what reasons some people have for kicking you, like not replying to them, loading in late, picking their character, ignoring them, it's just all ridiculous.

I was kicked 15 times so far, only once was it justified (and even than it was because I was underperforming, which isn't really that fair, but at least makes some sense).
Thank you for your suggestion. Many have suggested this to help report players who abuse the Vote To Kick feature. You should not be TKing in response to Vote Kick, as this solves literally nothing and only promotes further toxicity/arguments.
As a workaround, you can go to the Club website[club.ubi.com] and view Recently Played With players under the Add Friends section. You can take their usernames and submit them to Ubisoft Support for a Conduct Report.

And considering the commune is as it is, I'm still getting kicked for loading in late (and my WiFi is good).
You cannot but if you think it was a full squad being trolls, it would be better to just report all the names of who was on your team just in case.

Long loads are usually because of your computer, not your wifi.
Indeed. It is normally related to your HDD speed and not wifi.
