I cant seem to make any progress on none of the battlepass related challenges. I restarted the game a few times played a game to try again but still no change.
Even tried to restart the pc but that also didnt seem to work....

I'm sorry to hear that your weekly battle pass challenges don't update.
Would you be able to confirm, whether this occurs outside of playing Emerald Plains?
We've received a few reports of this issue, which is currently under investigation.
