Punjabis/Sikh soldiers are one of the bravest soldiers in the world. Indian government doesn't promotes Punjabis in any way thats a different topic. Sikhs are 3% of Indian population but around 80-90% in Indian army are Punjabis / Sikhs
Anyone knows of Battle of Saragarhi? Year 1897 - 21 Sikh soldiers fought 10,000 afghans where they had the option to go to a safer place and were suggested by the British officers but they still stayed put and fought. There were more than 1000 afghans which were found dead on the battlefield.. 21 soldiers, with limited armory, still managed to hold the fort for a few days and it gave enough time for the British to send their army to win the fort later. There are numerous untold stories of Sikh bravery.
Even Canada's defense minister is a Sikh.

USA is world's biggest force and still they've never managed to win/take over Afghanistan. The only person to do that in the history of WORLD is Maharaja Ranjit SIngh.

Sorry if anyone found this info too long but sad truth is nobody knows about the bravery of SIkhs.

My point, we need a Punjabi / Sikh operator. Could be a part of Britain/Canada, we don't really care.
Would've been great if he had an armor like Sledge.

Thanks for reading the post.

Thanks for the idea! We're still making our rounds of the different countries and CT units, but we definitely want to have a diverse cast of ops that are representative of many different regions, cultures, nationalities, etc. If you have any specific operator gadgets or ideas for playstyles you have in mind for the Punjabis/Sikh soldiers - I'd encourage you to outline there in our R6 discusses - operator design ideas post.
