After weeks of sending a customer support ticket, my claim for my ban was denied. This absolutely absurd. You can check my statistics (user name: NAVI_s0mple). I have never cheated, nor do I have third party files. Is someone able to look into this? I paid for rainbow six siege and have about 100 hours. The fact that I was falsely banned and denied any form of assistance or information is crazy.

This is the message I received:

I do not understand on what basis this ban was made. That I was "cheating"? I don't understand why my appeal would be banned. I do not have afflicting third party files or any form of cheat in any game. This in fact is a relatively new computer and the only computer where I have played seige on. Please, someone look into this.

As it stands, I don't think anyone on our end of things can provide any help. The only team that really has any insight into providing clarity around bans and appeals is going to be the support team.
