[2019] How to get started in 2019/2020

Hey there! It does not matter if you buy it through Steam or Uplay, they both play on the same server. If you do buy it on Steam, it will have you install Uplay if that matters to you.
Here[support.ubi.com] is an FAQ with what comes with each edition of the game. Here[support.ubi.com] is what comes with the Year 4 season pass. You can purchase all of the operators that come with the Year 4 pass, and the other DLC operators, with in-game currency as well.

Correct! The only DLC is operators. Everyone has access to all maps and gamemodes.
