I do and I have. All cheating events are reported in the uplay ticketing system with video from shadowplay and the unique uplay ID of the cheater with the exact date and time it took place. They don't check tickets. They rely exclusively on automation via BattleEye. I can post a few here bit the mods will likely delete the post for "naming and shaming."

We check tickets and do impose sanctions based on what's provided in there. It's a multi-facet system and BattlEye is only one part of it.

Also, some literature as to why we nullify the results of all matches the cheater participated in, regardless of victory or defeat: https://rainbow6.ubisoft.com/siege/en-us/news/152-342821-16/dev-blog-mmr-roll-back

So are you saying as a matter of policy if I see the enemy cheating I should throw the mat h or abandon? That way I am not punished? Because you are setting a dangerous precedent and sucking the life and fun out of competition.

I am saying - when a cheater is banned, to make it as fair as possible for everyone involved in all the matches the cheater was involved in - we make it as if the matches didn't happen.

Please read the blog I linked as I believe it will clarify some of the questions you are asking.
