For hitreg issues, please provide any videos you may have through our support team[support.ubi.com] regarding this issue. It significantly helps a lot when investigating these issues.
For Cheater Reports, you can also submit a Cheater Report directly through the support portal as well. You are more than welcome to add any screenshots or videos to the ticket. These reports are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Can you be specific on what client-sided things?
