Mmm, I wouldn't say so. There are some players in this community that are absolutely CRACKED. Due to the player's potential high DPI, it's possible the servers didn't recognize the flick since it was so fast, which would be the reason why you didn't see them flick to you before you died. That's a legit flick, and it even looks like they stopped for a second after flicking because even they were impressed. Plus, I think the fact they aimed at crouch level first before swinging is a good indicator of them not cheating.
