I think there are two types of bans currently - Strategic bans and comfort bans.
It seems Jackal is more of a comfort ban at this point, since people dislike playing against time/don't try to counter him as much. I think Twitch is a strategic ban just because her kit is good, but it isn't entirely considered frustrating or overpowered.
We've already changed the number of charges her drone has, and that seemed to adjust properly at this point. Only having 2 shocks per drone seems too extreme. Twitch's drones are supposed to be used to remove defender utility like cams.
