Why does nobody bother reinforcing walls anymore?

I think it's a matter of someone thinking others will do it, and then realizing everyone else in the lobby had the same mindset. It's common, but whether you're a shallow/deep roamer or anchor, it couldn't hurt to prioritize putting up at least a wall or two before going off to do other things. What makes that idea even better is the fact reinforcement speed is being bumped up a tad when Neon Dawn launches.
