[2019] twitch and jager pro league skins get the wrong skin for their guns

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm not entirely sure what the process behind the skin selection is like, but I can make note of this for future skins. I know some other people had said the same for some of the birthday skins, but I can understand the importance with the pro league sets.
