Hello everyone!

We have noticed a recent increase in reports regarding disconnecting from Ranked matches. Some players are getting disconnected mid Ranked match, and upon trying to reconnect to a new match, they are thrown into a new Ranked match. During the new Ranked match, they will get a penalty for leaving the previous match.

If you are encountering this issue, please submit a ticket[support.ubi.com] with the following information:
  • What datacenter do you connect to?
  • What is the name of your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
  • Are you getting any kind of error message? (Example: 6-0x00001000)

Please note that Ubisoft Support does not have the ability to remove temporary sanctions, and we apologize for the negative experience. We appreciate you reaching out regarding this issue and providing any information you can! We will continue to monitor incoming reports of this issue.

Just to add, when asking about error message, we would like to know the error code you are getting.
