Thanks for the input! We are always looking to improve our abandonment penalty system. However, as El Mamadou mentioned:

It's hard to determine if someone leaving the match is on purpose or accidental. There isn't really a way for us to determine the motive behind someone leaving a match, as it could be their internet went out or they lost power of their PC crashed. Regardless, our team is always looking at ways to improve and crack down on intentional leavers while trying not to punish accidental disconnects too hard. That being said, if players notice their game crashing or disconnecting often, they should really reach out to our Support team to get it investigated. This way they prevent from having further sanctions placed on their account!
