Hey Naun! We have started doing offline bans, which means it's entirely possible that the ban has gone through even though you haven't signed back in. Was the email asking for money or for you to follow a link at all?

Email looks legit to me!

So, our previous ban system only banned players when they signed onto their accounts or were online. However, recently we started doing offline bans, meaning we can catch folks when they're offline, and don't necessarily have to be online for it. It's odd that its been such a while, but it seems like your account got caught up in one of our recent ban waves.

Unbanning is a possibility! You would just open up a support ticket for a ban appeal!
