[2020] Ranked needs to be balanced more

The ranked game mode sucks. First I wish it was based on your personal skill not win/loss based. With it being win/loss, it brings on a very toxic community that just yell at each other, atleast on PS4. Plus about 90% of the time I finish games without a full team. So Im getting penalize for someone else quitting. But my biggest issue with the win/loss format you've chosen is the point system. If it must be this way 1 win should be equal to 2 losses not 1 for 1. Once you start falling its impossible to rise back up. I started the season in silver and within 10 games, I was stuck in bronze limbo. Bronze division is a crap-shoot of Trolls and Unskilled noobs. Which circles back to my first point of why not make it personal skill based. Im tired of being the mvp on the losing squad of 3. The rewards are not worth the frustration. Hope yall listen even though Im not a streamer or twitch prime and I know thats the only ones you listen to because they are tools you use to hook more fish to the ubisoft grind.
