[2020] About ops

Oof, good question. I've actually been playing these specific ops recently. I'm going to say it's a tie between Alibi and Vigil. I love 3-speeds and they have two of the best guns in the game. If we were to narrow that down even further, I would take Vigil due to me feeling his gadget being more useful in multiple situations.
