You'll only get the operators released in Year 4 (Mozzie, Gridlock, Warden, Nokk, Goyo, Amaru) as well as the ones coming with Operation Shifting Tides.

Nomad, Kaid and all other Ops are available to unlock via renown or R6 Credits.
