[2020] What's wrong with the Candelas? (Ying)

It happens randomly, and sometimes it can happen with all three of my Candela's. I have an average of around 15 ping so that's not the issue. I also had it happen to Ela's Grzmot a match ago, so it's apparently not just Ying.

Is there anyway you can get a clip of this for me? If you don't have it on already, you can turn on the Ping Counter in your settings. That should help us to determine whether or not the issue is stemming from a server connection issue, or something else.
