[2021] Why dont they buff blitz ?

Buffing shields in general is tough. I think we can look back to the Blitz buff that was introduced on the Test Server in 2018 and how much of a terror he ended up being for a few short days. I think players found the crazy buff more hilarious than frustrating, but at the core of it all, the buff was just not the direction we wanted to go with him. There's such a fine line you have to walk.

What kind of buff is everyone looking for?
