Yes I do, however I’ve tried closing it (including forcing it to close via Task Manager) and I’m still unable to hear the chat. I’ve also tried tinkering my with my computer’s audio settings, and it still did not fix anything.

Ubisoft Support[support.ubi.com], so they can take a closer look at this. They have the tools to figure out what is causing this issue.
