Since last uptdate i can't talk with my teanmate beacuase the game don't recognize my microphone. I search for solutions but i can't find anything, how can i fix it?

Hello @tehagoeasy1 thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about your mic not being recognized in-game on PC.

I have a few steps I would like you to run through, to rule out any possible causes >
 
1. First of all can you try lowering the game's Voice Chat Record Threshold' in the games audio settings to zero, this should allow the mic to be picked up with the slightest sound.
 
2. Next try changing the audio settings in game from push to talk, to open, and experiment with the two.
 
3. Could you next try changing the display options in-game to run in borderless window and then full-screen mode as this has been known to help with audio issues
 
4. Next, can you please make sure you have the correct device set up in Windows and in the settings of the game to pick up sound - some motherboards use separate audio channels for a device depending on if you have your headphones/mic plugged into the front of your PC or back of your PC.
 
5. Next, run all of the games .exe files as an administrator. Locate the .exe file, right-click on the file, select Properties, select the Compatability tab, select Run as administrator, select Apply then OK. 6. If using a different program for audio other than the game, for example, Discord, please try disabling this from running in the background altogether, relaunch the game, and test if the mic works through the game alone

Please note, depending on what country or what server you are connected to, this can also restrict your voice chat use in-game.
